WCS is now offering an API and IADC Rig Pass ® approved interactive training program for use offshore or on land. This program identifies core elements of training programs for new employees. Completion confirms that personnel have met the basic requirements defined by safety and training personnel in the drilling, workover and production industry.

Our program is unique in that it incorporates various core elements of many industry gencies (like IADC Rig Pass®, API’s Recommended T-1 “Orientation for Personnel Going Offshore for the First Time,” and the US Coast Guard Maritimes Standards Committee, Annex 15, sections 5.2-5.3).

This program was created using industry led standards, teaching topics and skills needed for individual competency training and assessment. Upon completion an in-depth report is provided showing pre-test and post-test grades, time used to complete each module including repetition, and a check list of all topics and skills that have been covered. Our interactive computer program is available for use at your job site or office, at any of the WCS locations or traveling schools, or at your own in-house instruction facility.
